1. What is your lead time?
Most of our products are available daily and are baked to order. We can serve your order as soon as an hour after placing it. Please note that some items require a up to a 1 day lead time.
2. What is your cutoff time?
Orders placed after 7pm will be accepted for earliest delivery the following day. Please select your preferred delivery date and time on check-out.
3. Is my order confirmed?
You will receive a text confirmation after placing your order. We may call or text you directly, if necessary. You will also be notified via text if your order has been dispatched for delivery.
4. How do you deliver?
Our primary delivery partner is Mr. Speedy, rates start at 60 pesos with an additional 6 pesos for every additional kilometer.
We ensure that your items are packed and sealed carefully before dispatch. In order to maintain freshness throughout shipment.
5. Possibility of delays
We try our best to get the goodies to you straight from our oven but please note that peak hours, rainy weather, and holidays may affect delivery time due to volume of orders and heavier road traffic. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Store/ Curbside pickup
You may also choose to select the “Store Pick-Up” option and arrange to pick-up personally or book your preffered courier. For self pick-up, please let us know your vehicle type, color, and plate number in the “Special Request” portion. Please inform the guard to notify us when you have arrived. There are no added fees with the Store Pick-Up option, including customer bookings with their preffered couriers.
7. What modes of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made online via credit card/debit card (Paymongo), bank transfer and G-cash (Dragonpay). Philippine banks are covered in the bank transfer (Dragonpay) option. In the unlikely case you are not able to make an online payment, you may choose the “Offline Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery (COD)” option. In this case, your order is not confirmed until our staff directly contacts you and accepts your order. Please note that COD may entail additional delivery fees due to the double trip for cash handling and may not always be approved for farther locations and huge amounts.
